Power of right Questions

One of the fastest ways to find the solution to an issue or challenge you are facing is to ask the right questions. The right question inevitably leads you to the correct answer & subsequently right solution. Question matters as saving time & money in unnecessary communications. In business, remarkable performers are brilliant at getting to the right question the right cause. The one that speeds them to the place they need to get to and offers them the missing piece they need to find. And in life, asking yourself a powerful question will allow you grow & sort issues on priorities that is to step into a whole new set of possibilities that you may have missed while you were locked into an old way of sorting /seeing things .

Let's start with thinking basic 5 Questions that we we can take as what leaders work with. I suggest let's start with them and then find some time every day to answer them in any written form.

1. Where am I playing small at work and in life?
2. What would I do if I knew I could not fail?
3. What am I resisting?
4. What can I be grateful for?
5. How do I want to be remembered?

This will eventually lead you to the best suited answers & will guide you the need for right question. And as you make improvement every day, if you feel share those answers with users to understand this better & better.

CONFIDENCE a truth or stage

As we look around at your fellow human beings, we will find it hard to ignore the fact that very few people are happy, fulfilled and leading purposeful lives. Most of them seem unable to cope with their problems and the circumstances of daily living.

The majority, settling for the average, have resigned themselves to “just getting by.”
I believe no resignation to mediocrity has become a way of life. As a result, feelings of inadequacy cause them, quite humanly, to blame environment, society, people, circumstances, and surrounding conditions for their failures and disappointments. The idea that people and things control their lives is so thoroughly included in our thinking that we normally will not respond to
logical arguments that prove otherwise.

The actual truth that we are not victims, but co-creators in the building of our lives
and the world around us. Or, as another great sage puts it, “We aren’t what we think we are, but what we think, we are!”

A lesson that has taken us far too long to learn is that the opposite of bravery is not cowardliness, but conformity. You may have spent valuable, irreplaceable years trying to fit into the parade only to learn, too late, that you will never fit it. What makes us follow each other like sheep? It is because we are trying to conform to the majority. Juts think what have we done in say past 4-5 months to change our so called regular life.

It’s time to break out of this sheep state of mind and stop punishing ourselves because we are different from our family, friends or anyone else for that matter. Much of our suffering can be eliminated if we refuse to let our life be marred by conformity.

To think that our life is controlled in any way by another individual, group, or society imposes a condition of mental slavery which makes us a prisoner by our own decree.

First thought assess self

Money is just one of the many measurement of wealth. High net worth is only one currency of success. In my mind, there are many forms of wealth that you need to look at to decide whether you are truly successful, happy, enjoying life .......

Let's start one by one what makes you happy , well I will start with my own thoughts like I feel I am creative, good person so relationships, mentor, do I create followers how ?, am I enjoying think & share your thoughts as well let's make this two way process to improve life

Creative Expression.

If you go to work every day and express your absolute best, you have equity that makes you pretty rich. Celebrate that. And take it into account when evaluating the true strength of your success.

Great Relationships.

Surrounded by an impressive Circle of Genius? Get to associate with people working at wow? Have friends who would go to the wall for you-and champion the highest version of your greatest vision. If so, than you're a very wealthy person. I'd encourage you to recognize - and appreciate - that.

Personal Leadership.

To me, personal leadership has a lot to do with being congruent. And ensuring that your daily deeds are consistent with your deepest values. Personal leadership also has a lot to do with standing for excellence in a world filled with mediocrity. Being passionate, positive and polite. And standing for fearlessness when others are scared. If you rate high in this category, you have some riches to take account of.

Impact and Influence.

Leadership isn't about your title. It's about your impact. And whether you run a company or serve hamburgers, the choice you're faced with every day is to influence other by your example of excellence or play victim to the conditions around you. If your influence is high and you help people become better by all that you model, celebrate that win. And count yourself rich.

Is this right ? any thoughts ? I will be happy to understand from you .
